Since 1998, Bortech has been the engineering force behind complex utility infrastructure across the Northeast. Led by globally respected engineer and innovator Robert Titanic, we specialize in trenchless solutions where traditional methods fall short. From advanced directional drilling to custom tunneling systems, Bortech delivers safe, precise, turnkey OSP solutions—with rigorous documentation, compliance, and reliability from ground to final installation.

Robert A. Titanic, Jr. founded Bortech in 1998, building the company around engineering innovation and advanced
trenchless technology. A Rutgers alumnus and respected industry consultant, Robert is known for developing innovative solutions for complex underground and marine projects. He also advances geothermal and green technology initiatives and speaks on the future of trenchless construction.

Founder Robert Titanic helped revolutionize horizontal directional drilling through innovations that advanced Small Boring Unit technology. Today, Bortech applies that same inventive approach to HDD, microtunneling, and utility tunneling—developing practical, project-specific solutions for even the most challenging ground conditions.
Safety
